Helpdesk Services
We have a range of flexible plans to suit your requirements for telephone support. These plans range from casual usage to 24x7x365. Our helpdesk services are backed by our Field Tech support team. So, if your problem can't be fixed on the phone or it is proving time consuming for your staff we can send someone on-site to resolve the issue. We have implemented an on-line support logging and tracking system so that you can manage your issues on-line. We also have an on-line Knowledge Base that is growing with self help information. Desktop Support
Our on-site Desktop Support services include application support, hardware and software upgrades, general break\fix, Standard Operating Environment (SOE) rollouts and new system deployments. If you need someone for 1 hour to on-going fulltime we can help.

Network Support
We will keep your network up to speed through remote and/or on-site administration services, server hardware and operating system support and upgrades and the support of routers, switches, hubs, firewalls and other network elements.

Network Integration
We can carry out an audit of your current network and future needs, then design or re-design a solution to suit. We implement the design and handover the network or continue to manage it on your behalf.

Voice and Data Integration
Some say that this is the way of the future, but in reality this is a mature technology that is here and now. With Avaya equipment we can partially or fully integrate your voice and data networks. We can provide a range of services on selected systems including adds, moves and changes, maintenance and auditing, upgrades, training and remote or on-site support.

Consultancy services
Our Consultancy services include the Project Management of office moves, consolidations or any other infrastructure based requirement. We can also assist with auditing, analysis and reporting on infrastructure issues.
