IP403 Office Platform
For small offices with sophisticated communication needs. Supports
up to eight digital handsets, two analogue telephones, and 30 digital
trunks. With three expansion modules, the system can support up to 100
analogue and/or digital extensions. The IP403 can also support:

IP406 Office Platform
The IP406 base unit for growing small or midsize offices offers all
the of the 403 features with twice the trunk and expansion module
capacity but does not have the integral digital/analogue extension
ports. With six expansion modules, total capacity equals 180 analogue
and digital extensions and up to 60 digital trunks.

IP412 Office Platform
The IP412 base unit for midsize offices with advanced needs offers
a more powerful call processor, and greater internal data transfer
capabilities, than the IP403 or IP406 base units. Recommended for
advanced applications, the IP412 allows businesses to expand to four
trunk interfaces and twelve expansion modules - a total capacity of
180 combined analogue and digital extensions, and 120 digital
trunks.

Available in three models, supporting 8/16 or 30 analogue telephones.
IP Office Digital Terminal
Available in two models, supporting 16 or 30 Avaya 20-Series digital
handsets.

Available in two models, supporting 16 or 30 Avaya 4400-Series or
6400-Series digital telephones.
IP Office WAN 3
Provides support of 3 additional X.21/V.35 leased lines.
IP Office So 8
Provides 8 ISDN extension ports for video conferencing or ISDN
handsets.

Handsets
The IP Office supports a range of analogue, digital and IP
handsets. These include: Analogue phones with or without CLI
display.
20 Series Terminals
Display terminals featuring a large Liquid Crystal Display (LCD)
divided into two sections. The top section provides two windows for
calling and called information, the lower section displays 2x16
character display lines of text. There are menu driven displays,
on-hook dialling, handsfree operation, DSS/BLF keys and access to
visual voicemail.
6400-Series Digital Stations
These are Definity handsets. There is a wide variety of handsets
models, with and without LCD display. If you have Definity PBX
deployed throughout your company there is no need to have different
handsets at different locations. You can standardise on handsets even
at your smallest offices and ensure your staff are productive from day
one.
4600-Series IP Hardphones
Avaya's standards based 4600 series IP telephones combine the quality
and comprehensive features and functions you expect in high-level
business phones with extras - including infrared connections,
integrated PC ports and easy software updates. IP Softphones
The IP Office has a number of software based telephony products
available as options. The Phone Manager Pro IP Softphone is a fully
functional IP Softphone. eConsole is a PC based operator console and
eBLF is a PC application providing a real-time view of other users on
the system.

IP Office DECT (Wireless Handsets)
The IP Office DECT is a scalable solution for mobility and is
available in two versions, Compact (with up to 8 handsets and 7 base
stations) or Control Unit (with up to 128 handsets and 32 base
stations). The Integrated functionality to IP Office includes, CLI,
Personal Directory, System Directory, Call Waiting, Voicemail Message
Waiting Indication, Easy access to Voicemail and Parallel ringing with
a fixed terminal. The DECT system provides exceptional coverage, up to
600m (typically 300m) and the base stations are radio repeaters, so
there is no need for cabling.
